1. Introduction.

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

3. Platform Use and Restrictions.

• FREE TV PLUS is provided strictly for individual, non-commercial use.
• Users are not permitted to broadcast, rebroadcast, publicly display, share, copy, distribute, or otherwise make the content available to a wider audience.
• Any attempt to commercialize or redistribute the content, either from third parties or FREE TV PLUS originals, will be treated as a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws, subject to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

4. Content Aggregation Role.

FREE TV PLUS functions exclusively as a Content Aggregation and Discovery Platform. We do not host, store, stream, upload, or control any of the third-party content that appears through our Services. 10. Children’s Privacy.

• FREE TV PLUS is also for the users under the age of 13 only under guardians’ guidance. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children. Our Services are designed for general audiences and are primarily targeted at adult users.

13. Virus-Free & Safety Compliance.

• FREE TV PLUS is developed and maintained in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian cybersecurity norms.
• We apply industry-standard protections to ensure the app is virus-free, malware-free, and safe to install.
• That said, FREE TV PLUS is not liable for any damage caused to a user’s device due to vulnerabilities outside our system (e.g., third-party apps, poor device security, or unsafe networks).

14. Legal and Regulatory Compliance.

15. Viewer or Customer Responsibilities.

By using FREE TV PLUS, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:

• Compliance with Laws: You must use our Services only in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Any misuse, including accessing restricted content, using VPNs to bypass geo-blocks, or sharing pirated material, is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.
• Respect Intellectual Property: You shall not copy, download, record, or redistribute any content available through our Services. Any attempt to reproduce or distribute content without explicit permission from the rightful owners constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws.
