A: Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction.

This document (“Terms of Use” / “Terms” / “Terms and Conditions”) constitutes an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules framed thereunder, along with other applicable laws and regulations. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This is a legally binding agreement between you, the user (“User” or “You”) of the Services (as defined below), and FREETV ENTERTAINMENT (INDIA)  PRIVATE LIMITED  (“Company,” “We,” or “Us”), which governs your access to and use of the FREETVPLUS website, mobile application, smart TV application, and any other digital platform owned, operated, or controlled by FREETVPLUS (collectively, the “Platform” or “Site”).

FREETVPLUS operates as a content aggregation and discovery service. We do not host, stream, store, or own third-party content available on or accessible through the Platform. Instead, we guide Users to third-party platforms where content is made available and played, or we may offer a selection of our own original content directly through the Platform. Content from external providers is accessed via redirection or URL, and FREETVPLUS acts solely as a neutral intermediary facilitating discovery and navigation. The use of third-party branding, metadata, or titles is for informational and navigational purposes only, and does not imply any ownership, endorsement, or affiliation.

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner—including browsing, registering, or interacting with content—you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms, rules, or policies that may apply. If you do not agree with these Terms, or if you are not legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law, you are not permitted to use the Platform or the Services, and any access thereafter shall be deemed unauthorized.

With FREETVPLUS, users can discover a rich variety of content, including movies, TV shows, educational materials, devotional livestreams, and much more. Our platform aggregates content from a broad network of third-party providers, complemented by a curated collection of FREETVPLUS Originals—unique content available exclusively to our users.

When viewers find something they like, FREETVPLUS ensures a seamless redirection to the third-party platform hosting that content. Meanwhile, users can instantly stream FREETVPLUS Originals right on our platform.

• Easy Redirection to Third-Party Platforms: Once users find the content they want to watch, FREETVPLUS directs them to the corresponding platform where third-party content is hosted. We provide an easy and seamless experience for playback, without hosting or streaming the media directly from our own servers.
• Personalized Recommendations: Based on your preferences and viewing habits, FREETVPLUS suggests relevant content, making it easier for users to find exactly what they’re looking for, whether from third-party platforms or our own library.
• Multi-Platform Support: Whether you’re streaming on your mobile phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV or any TV through STB, Dongle FREETVPLUS supports a wide range of devices, ensuring that your content discovery journey is consistent and convenient across all platforms.

In essence, FREETVPLUS simplifies content discovery by serving as a bridge between viewers and the platforms hosting their desired content, while also offering an exclusive collection of original content for those who prefer to stay within our ecosystem. We provide the roadmap, and the user chooses the platform or content they want to engage with, making FREETVPLUS the ultimate content navigation hub.

3. Platform Use and Restrictions.

• FREETVPLUS is provided strictly for individual, non-commercial use.

• Users are not permitted to broadcast, rebroadcast, publicly display, share, copy, distribute, or otherwise make the content available to a wider audience.
• Any attempt to commercialize or redistribute the content, either from third parties or FREETVPLUS originals, will be treated as a violation of copyright and intellectual property laws, subject to legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

4. Content Aggregation Role.

FREETVPLUS functions exclusively as a Content Aggregation and Discovery Platform. We do not host, store, stream, upload, or control any of the third-party content that appears through our Services. Our platform is designed to help users navigate and discover content across various digital sources, including but not limited to movies, TV shows, educational programming, and livestreams.

All such third-party content is redirected or embedded via authorized links or APIs from their original hosting platforms. When a user selects content on FREETVPLUS, the actual media playback occurs on an external website, application, or service, and not within FREETVPLUS’s servers or digital infrastructure.

5. Third-Party Content Disclaimer.

FREETVPLUS functions primarily as a content discovery and aggregation platform, which means our Services may include links, redirections, or integrations with various third-party applications, websites, and streaming platforms. These are provided solely for user convenience, to help you navigate and explore digital content across the internet more easily.

However, FREETVPLUS does not host, control, or verify any third-party platforms or their content. When accessing such third-party services via our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The accuracy, legality, quality, and appropriateness of third-party content is the sole responsibility of the respective provider.

• FREETVPLUS is not responsible for the data practices, privacy policies, or user tracking behaviours of third-party platforms.

• Any interaction or data shared with third-party services is at your own discretion and risk.

• If your personal information is collected, leaked, or misused by a third-party service—whether or not you’ve knowingly shared it—FREETVPLUS shall bear no liability, as such interactions are outside our system and scope of control.

By using FREETVPLUS to discover and access external content, you agree that your experience beyond our platform is governed by the respective third-party’s terms, and you hold FREETVPLUS

By using FREETVPLUS to view or access third-party content, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

7. User’s Obligation in Case of Dispute.

If any content accessed through our platform results in a complaint, claim, or legal issue:

• Such matters must be addressed directly with the respective content provider or platform.
• FREETVPLUS shall remain a neutral intermediary and shall not be named as a party to any legal proceedings unless ordered by a competent court under Indian law.

8. Conclusion of User Responsibility.

By continuing to use FREETVPLUS, you:

• Waive all claims against the company for third-party content consequences

• Agree to indemnify and hold FREETVPLUS harmless against all liability resulting from the content you access
• Understand that your decision to play any content reflects conscious consent, and you are entirely responsible for the viewing outcome.

9. Responsibility for Content Viewed.

• If a user chooses to view content that is religious, political, explicit, offensive, or controversial in nature, it shall be presumed that the user is aware of the content type and has intentionally accessed it.

• FREETVPLUS disclaims any liability arising from such content, as the platform does not endorse or host it.
• Users are solely responsible for their content choices, including whether the content is appropriate for minors under their care.

10. Children’s Privacy.

• FREETVPLUS is also for the users under the age of 13 only under guardians’ guidance. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children. Our Services are designed for general audiences and are primarily targeted at adult users.

• We offer a range of standard educational programs suitable for children and underage viewers. These programs are intended to provide safe and age-appropriate content. However, if any content outside of the appropriate age group, such as adult material or explicit content (e.g., pornography), is accessed by underage viewers, the responsibility for such access will lie solely with the parents or adult guardians. FREETVPLUS cannot be held liable for any inappropriate content viewed by underage users, as it is the responsibility of the adult viewers to ensure proper content restrictions and monitoring are in place.

11. Technical Limitations and Availability.

• FREETVPLUS strives to maintain high-quality performance across devices and platforms. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or flawless performance, especially after content or apps have been uploaded to personal devices.

• If any feature, media file, or app function fails post-upload, FREETVPLUS shall not be liable for the technical issue.
• Users are encouraged to ensure their devices are compatible and updated.

12. Virus-Free & Safety Compliance.

• FREETVPLUS is developed and maintained in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian cybersecurity norms.

• We apply industry-standard protections to ensure the app is virus-free, malware-free, and safe to install.
• That said, FREETVPLUS is not liable for any damage caused to a user’s device due to vulnerabilities outside our system (e.g., third-party apps, poor device security, or unsafe networks).

13. Legal and Regulatory Compliance.

We operate in accordance with the following laws and guidelines:

• Information Technology Act, 2000, especially Section 79, which grants safe harbour to intermediaries that follow due diligence

• Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 Copyright Act, 1957 Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 these laws collectively define our responsibilities as a digital service provider and govern our interactions with users, regulators, and third-party platforms.

14. Viewer or Customer Responsibilities.

By using FREETVPLUS, you acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:

• Compliance with Laws: You must use our Services only in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Any misuse, including accessing restricted content, using VPNs to bypass geo-blocks, or sharing pirated material, is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.
  • Respect Intellectual Property: You shall not copy, download, record, or redistribute any content available through our Services. Any attempt to reproduce or distribute content without explicit permission from the rightful owners constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws.
  • Personal Use Only: The Services are strictly for personal and non-commercial use. Commercial exploitation, reselling access, or public performance of content is not permitted and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.
  • Do not misrepresent or manipulate: You must not create fake accounts, impersonate others, manipulate our platform, or engage in deceptive practices (e.g., using bots or click fraud).

15. Content Ownership.

• Third-party logos, thumbnails, or names are used only for navigational and referential purposes.

• All intellectual property displayed belongs to its respective owners.
• Playback of third-party content occurs externally and not on our servers. We do not claim ownership over such material.

16. Acceptable Use of the Service.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to:

• Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra

• Attempted resolution through mutual dialogue before litigation
• No class-action suits as per prevailing law
